As a Torrington Savings Bank customer, your Greenlight subscription is free*.
Your subscription includes debit cards for up to 5 kids, spending notifications, chores, automated allowance, the financial literacy game Level UpTM, and more.
If you’re a Torrington Savings Bank customer, you can sign up for your free* subscription on Greenlight’s website.

No, Greenlight is its own individual app and from within it you can send money to your child’s card. Your child can also get paid by family and friends using their pay link QR code/link featured in the child’s app. Parents will have to approve any money coming in via a pay link. We support kids and grownups of all ages. No minimum (or maximum) age here. The Primary Accountholder must be at least 18 years old and a US resident.
Kids and parents will both use the same Greenlight app you see in the app store but have two different experiences and individual login credentials. Parents can send funds, set flexible spend controls, and more.
The Greenlight Mastercard is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International. The funds underlying your Greenlight Card Account are FDIC-insured up to $250,000, plus you have the assurance of Mastercard’s Zero Liability Protection in case of unauthorized purchases.
