Bob Palermo Joins TSB as Vice President, Commercial Lending

TORRINGTON, CT – Torrington Savings Bank recently appointed Bob Palermo as a new Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer.

Bob has nearly 35 years of commercial real estate lending experience at both Community Banking and institutional lending businesses.

Prior to TSB, Bob spent over 12 years at Bankwell as the Director of CRE Relationship Management. Prior to Bankwell, his experience includes originating permanent and construction loans at GE Capital, Summit Bank, and People’s Bank.

In his role, Bob will be responsible for commercial lending activities throughout Connecticut with an emphasis on Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford County markets.

Bob has been a member of the Real Estate Finance Association for many years and resides in Newtown with his wife.
