Torrington Savings Bank Appoints Serena Lansing as New SVP Trust Officer
Torrington Savings Bank has appointed Serena Lansing to lead the Trust department as the Senior Vice President, Trust Officer.
Lansing was selected in December to lead the Trust department as part of TSB’s transition plan to succeed Miles Borzilleri. Mr. Borzilleri retired at the end of February after having led the Trust team since 1998.
Serena joins TSB from MassMutual Trust Company, where she was a Senior Trust Officer, Team Lead. Her primary focus was working with financial advisors and their top clients to help them achieve their estate planning and investment goals, administering personal trusts, and charitable agency accounts.
Lansing majored in Business earning an associate’s degree from Bay Path University, and her bachelor’s degree from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and holds the designation of Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.
She grew up in Western Massachusetts where she still resides with her two children.
