How it Works
- Enroll the TSB debit card you use for daily purchases.
- Make everyday purchases using your card.
- We will round up each purchase to the nearest dollar and a single Round Up transfer is automatically made from your checking account to your savings account.
How to Enroll
All you need is a TSB checking account with a debit card and a savings account.
Need to open an account?
Choose a checking and savings account. Visit a branch or open an account online, and then follow instructions from the Already a customer section.
Already a customer, and ready to enroll?
Simply log in to your Online Banking. Select “Profile>Banking Services>Request Forms” and then choose Debit Card Round Up Request from the list. Complete and submit .
You can also visit any branch location or contact the Customer Care Center at (860) 496-2152 or 1-888-856-1868 to enroll and automatically start saving all that small change.
FAQs
Once enrolled you can view the withdrawals labeled as “Debit Card Round Up Withdrawal Transferred to Savings Account”.
Once enrolled, you can view the savings account you opted to make deposits. The deposits will be labeled as “Debit Card Round Up Deposit Transferred from Checking Account”.
A withdrawal from your checking account and a deposit into the savings account selected will be made once daily.
If your account balance is low and will become zero or will not have sufficient funds available to round up your debit card transaction, the Debit Card Round Up will not occur and no deposit will be made to the savings account selected.
