An Update to our Customers and Employees
It has been over three months since banking and life as we knew it was impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Today we are reopening our lobby access for our customers with specific protocols that align with the Phase 2 reopening plan provided by the State of Connecticut. As we begin to serve you in what is the new normal, we would be remiss to not call out some of the tremendous effort and support by our customers and our TSB teams.

To our customers for understanding the need to keep our employees safe and being patient as we temporarily closed our lobbies and moved to drive-up access only. Every expression of gratitude and encouragement was appreciated by our team.
To our Retail branch team who physically came to work throughout the pandemic and provided exceptional service to our customers and unwavering support to all departments of the bank.
To our Lending team who supported the operational needs of the businesses in our community with countless hours processing PPP loans and providing relief to mortgage customers who were unexpectedly faced with the financial impact of stay at home orders.
To our Operations team who supported electronic banking channels so customer transactions continued uninterrupted.
