The platforms offer the ability to open a checking or savings account, deposit checks, transfer money, review account activity, pay bills and more. Torrington Savings Bank’s Debit Mastercard allows you to make surcharge-free cash withdrawals at over 32,000 MoneyPass ATMs. Visit Money Pass to find a surcharge-free ATM near you. You can also use your Debit Mastercard wherever Mastercard is accepted to make purchases right from your account without handling cash.
